A few helpful details
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Start with the quantities that suit your store and build your range from there.
How fast will I get my stock?
Lead times depend on the size of your order. Our blankets are American made, with local production. If you’re working towards a launch or restock date, tell our wholesale team so we can advise on timing.
How do the tier discounts work?
Wholesale accounts can access tier discounts of up to 20% off trade prices. Your discount depends on your assigned tier. As your spend grows, speak with our team about the tier that suits your business.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. Choose a 30% deposit to start your order, or pay in full. Production starts once your deposit is received; the remaining balance is due before dispatch.
How do I order and see wholesale prices?
Once approved, log in to your account to see your wholesale prices, use the Express order page and download the product list. You can place orders online 24/7.
How do I enquire about custom or bulk orders?
For larger quantities, custom designs or products featuring your logo, email wholesale@threadtheword.com. Share the products you’re interested in, approximate quantities and your preferred delivery date so our team can help with options and timing.
Can customers find my store on your website?
Yes. Stockists can be included in our online stockist finder. Our wholesale team can help arrange your listing.
What if I only want to refer customers?
