How long will my order take?
We know what it’s like when you order something online, as soon as you click confirm order, you’re looking out the window waiting for the postman. That’s why we work our hardest to have every order shipped as soon as humanly possible.

All small, medium and large blankets are shipped within 5 business days of ordering. Our extra large single bed blankets are shipped within 7-10 business days from ordering.

Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days and express delivery 1-2 business days. International shipping can take up to 10 business days.

We now offer a VIP service for only an additional $29! If you select this service, your order will be shipped next business day with express post. Perfect for those last minute presents! Please note this service is not available for Single Bed blankets as they do take us a little longer to make.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping with Australia Post for all orders, or you can select express post for an additional $9. Don’t you just love free shipping!
Can you post orders internationally?
Yes! We can ship your blanket anywhere in the world with DHL Express. International shipping generally takes around 5 business days.
Can I have my order shipped directly to a friend or family member?
Yes absolutely, you can enter their address when you place your order and add a note so they will know who the amazing blanket is from.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the Australia Post website. You will be able to refresh the Aus Post website every 5 seconds until your order arrives!
My order has been lost/hasn’t been delivered!
Our carriers are pretty great, however if you think your order may be lost in transit please let us know. Our shipping timeframes are estimates and sometimes delays can happen (Hello Covid). When a delay has occurred, you may see on the Australia Post website an update to advise of a delay. If your order still hasn't been delivered within 30 days please contact us at and we can submit an enquiry or provide you with a replacement.
I made a mistake with my address, can I change it?
Whoops, we’ve all done this! If you need to update your shipping address please contact us as soon as you possibly can at Provided that your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address. Sometimes we can be so speedy that your order is shipped before we have a chance to change the address. If your order has already been shipped, you can redirect the parcel via the Australia Post tracking link.
What are your blankets made from?
Our blankets are knitted from 100% cotton, 100% organic cotton or wool, your choice! The yarn is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for wrapping up your babies and children (or fur babies!).
How do I wash my blanket?
Our blankets come pre-washed (yay) so you do not need to wash them before your first use. To wash your blanket, use a gentle machine wash with warm water and wash with similar colours or on its own. Please note that if your blanket is red or pink, it may bleed onto other lighter colours so we recommend washing the blanket separately. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.
What size are your blankets?
We have four different sized blankets, one for every age:
Extra Small - Pram Blanket – 90cm x 60cm
Small - Bassinet Blanket – 75cm x 100cm
Medium - Cot Blanket – 90cm x 140cm
Large - Single Bed Blanket – 150cm x 220cm
Please note these sizes are approximate. Due to the manufacturing process some blankets may differ in size by a few centimeters.
How many colours are there to choose from?
So many! When you start designing your blanket, you will need to select two different colours, a base and a text colour. We have a huge 24 colours to choose from! If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the options, we’ve also added our own colour combinations that in our humble opinion, go really well together. Please note that the colours you see on your screen will vary slightly to the colour of the yarn.
How many designs do you have?
We’ve created 16 unique, beautiful designs to choose from. You will definitely find one you love! We also have our Signature design which features a capital letter and full name, definitely our most popular choice!
Can you add a symbol to the blanket?
We have a massive 68 cute, fun symbols that you can add to your blanket! 5 of our designs allow a symbol to be added. You will see them underneath the colour options.
Can you knit a custom design?
At this stage we are only making blankets with one of our 16 designs, however if you have any suggestions for designs you would like to see, please let us know! Email us at .
Can I see a preview of my blanket?
Yes, before you confirm your order, you will see a preview showing your design choice, name, font and colours. Please make sure you love it before you place your order as we cannot make changes once the order has been placed.
Where are your blankets made?
All of our blankets are custom made to order in our Melbourne warehouse by our amazing team. Our small team is managed by husband and wife duo, Peter and Annie.
Can you read the name on the blanket from both sides?
No, the name can be read on one side of the blanket only. The reverse side will show the writing inverted.
How is the blanket packaged?
Your blanket will be lovingly packed in tissue paper and a canvas bag, then a waterproof satchel to protect it from any mishaps in transit. There may also be another cheeky surprise in there too! If you are sending the blanket directly to a friend or family member, you can add a gift note to the parcel.
I made a mistake, can I change my order?
Eeeek! All orders are custom made individually. For this reason, once your order is placed, we cannot change the order. Please make sure you love your blanket before you confirm your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices.
I’m not happy with my blanket, can I return it?
We quality control every single blanket that leaves our warehouse, however, if there is a genuine fault with your order, we will happily remake it for you. All you need to do is send us some photos at and we will assess the issue. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.
What payment types do you offer?
All the usuals! We accept payment via credit card and Paypal. If you need a little longer to pay off your order (waiting til payday), we also offer Afterpay for Australian customers.
How secure is your payment?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Stripe payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Woohoo, gotta love a discount code! When you get to the checkout page, you will see a ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box under the order summary section. Enter your code here and click Apply. The discount will then be applied to your order and a new balance will be shown.
I forgot to use my discount code, what should I do now?
Whoops, we’ve all been there! Never fear, just contact our lovely team at and we can correct this for you.
What currency is the store in?
Our website prices are shown in Australian dollars. If you are located in the USA, you can change the currency to USD.

Do you offer pickup from your warehouse?
At this stage we are not offering a pickup service, however if you require your blanket urgently and cannot wait for transit times, please contact us on and we can arrange something for you.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes you certainly can! Our gift cards are the perfect option if you want to gift a blanket but you don’t know the name of the baby yet. Simply click on the Gift Card link at the top of the website, select the amount and purchase. Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and will be emailed to you straight away.
Can I purchase a gift card to be sent as a gift?
Yes, when selecting your gift card value, you can enter the recipient’s email address and a message, then select the date you would like it emailed to them. They will love you forever!
Can I use a discount code to purchase a gift card?
No, discount codes are not valid on gift cards.
How long are the gift cards valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Plenty of time to decide which design you’d like!
How do I redeem a gift card?
Woo gotta love spending those gift cards! To redeem a gift card, you will just need to enter the code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box under the order summary section at checkout. Enter your code here and click Apply. The gift card balance will then be applied to your order and a new balance will be shown if there is any amount left to pay.
What happens if I don’t spend the whole value of the gift card?
If you don’t spend the entire value of the card, the balance will remain on the card until the expiry date and you can use it again for your next order. Just make sure you keep the code handy.
Can I check the balance of my gift card?
If you would like to check how much you have left on your gift card, send us an email at and we can check for you.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with discount codes?
No, you can only use either a gift card or a discount code, not both.
Can I use more than one gift card at a time?
Yes you can! Aren’t you lucky to have two gift cards! After you have entered the first gift card and clicked apply, you can enter the second gift card and repeat the process.
What happens if the blanket I want costs more than the gift card value?
The total balance of the gift card will be applied and any remaining balance on the order can be paid via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay.
