All orders are custom-made individually. All of our blankets are made and shipped from our facility in Melbourne, Australia within 2-5 business days.
Standard shipping generally takes between 2-4 business days and express shipping 1-2 business days. International orders are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped out reliance is on the service provided. Additional time may be needed to deliver to remote areas.
We can ship to all locations in Australia and worldwide. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have ordered multiple items, they will all be shipped together once they have all been produced.
For international delivery, the recipient will be responsible for any duties, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs.
